Just wear sterile rubber gloves...that's what I do. Cases come out fine.

put the cakes in a plasic bag, and crumble them in there...

I wash my hands & then rub in some H2O2 real good and let air dry.

Then I get down to crumbling...

Never had any problems with that...

I make sure to change my motor oil first then I....Naw, Just kidding rubber gloves work just fine. If ya cut down on the water (just a little) whne makeing your cakes it helps. "it makes the cakes crumble easer"

I used gloves to take the cakes out of the jars, misted the inside of a ziploc bag with h202 and crumbled the cake in the bag.....also I cut I cake....I did this all (even the crumbling in a bag) over my over...I wore gloves and alcohol sterilized my knife....no probs with either way :smile:
