storing sporeprints

I am making my first ever sporeprints tonight. [you can probably guess why I was finally motivated to do this] Can anyone tell me the best way to store a print. Thanks much

instead of doing the print on paper bo it in one of the same kind of jars that you do your substrate in just do the print on the bottom of the jar and then when its done fill it with sterilized water put one hole in the lid and cover it with electric tape and keep in fridge when you need to use it get a clean seringe and suck the shit up as easy as that just be careful about contamination

Would that work for long term storage? Maybe problem with rust?

well it works for canning i think the inside would be fine just be careful with the needle when you suck the sttuff up

Thanks for your help.It definitely sounds easy and I am going to give it a try, but I do still need to know how to store prints on index cards.
