Its a nice bong, but if they don't provide a atleast couple years worth of a warrenty on it I would be hessitant. Its a nice bong to say the least, but you know when you and your freinds smoke out of it someone is goign to fuckup and nock it over.

Roor makes more money that way.

Plus if it's fucking pricey beyond all reason, more people will hear of it and buy it.

End of story. Other than that it's still a waterpipe, and there's no way in hell a water pipe could actually be worth 1000 bucks.

they are pretty thick and don't break that easily.
I don't think I'd pay that much for one but it is pretty sweet.

I think spending 1000 bucks for a bong is really silly.  You can get a beautiful piece for way less then that.  So why pay 1,000 bucks?  Probably to say you spent 1000 bucks on a bong.  :rolleyes:

ROOR does make good bongs though. My friend had one forever.. I think he paid 350 for it.. we probably broke 3 or 4 bongs in the time he had that one.. it was a trooper.. put up with a lot of abuse before it broke.

they are the best hitting glass on glass bongs. they are like german lab glass perfect seals,super thick glass ect. but they only have a slight edge over other glass on glass bongs so you are paying for the name in the end. non-custom roors are like 300-500

damn man a 1000 cash is alot. my buddy got a 4 footer for 400 and this things has taken its share of falls, yet not even a single crack in it. id look around the internet and other shops before making any decisions

Bongs with logos = :thumbdown: I don't care how badass the bong is, I don't want a brand name on it.  My Jerome Baker has a JB on it, but it's aprt of a bunch of swirling glass at the top, you couldn't notice it unless you looked for it specifically.

i already have fully worked art glass just want something different i guess.

its beautiful in its own way its simple and clean.

edit plus this bong will hold its value alot better than a local artist piece.

Roors are a fine, fine bong. A German-engineered precision smoking device if ever there was.

Personally, if I had $1000 to drop on a smoking device, I'd contact a local glassblower and have them make me a truly "custom" one-of-a-kind super-heady smoking creation.
