Meanie Greenie WTF!

So SWIM have used 8cc's on 2 sets of 4 pf jars.  I've done everyone like the guides say except SWIM innoc either 1 hole in the center or 2 holes on opposing sides.  SWIM cleaned my entire TiT with a tons of bleech and it still smells.  SWIM uses a PC 15psi for 1.5 hours.  1/2 pint BRF jars.  All green grows only where innoc.

What is going on here?  SIM think it HAS to be a bad syringe (from a great sponser too :sad:).  SWIM swears SWIM got a syringe of damn trich.  Is there any other reason why SWIM would get total contam at only the innoc points even useing a glovebox?

How about stop bieng a retard, with the SWIM crap. I would never guess SWIM was you. Then you might make some good jars.

Did you alc swab the lids, before inoculating. Did you inoculate in open air? If so, did you keep the needle wrapped in alc moistened gauze, at all times while inoculating? Did you alc swab the tape, you covered the holes with?

If jar content was sterilized, everything was sanitized & you used clean procedures................ :confused: :stoned:

You should not have any green mold in those jars.

Only other reasonable source for major contam's would be the syringe.

But, when you are just getting started, it is faily easy to F/U.

PM the vendor, if you are sure you didnt.

Good idea :thumbup: AFOAF taught me I should stop being myself online because it was making me look a fool.  :thanx:

Anyone else know of other reasons why someone would be getting contam problems at the inoculation spots?  Even if this person flames (using a lighter) until red and wipes cool with 70% isopropyl alcohol soaked paper towel.

Thanks Agar. I try to to be really sterile and wipe with alcohol. I've done this using two different glove box setups and both contaminated the same way. I feel that its the syringe.\

Either that or...

Is it possible my house is really infested with green mold? I heard that the neighbors downstairs used to have to bleach their walls every year. I've never seen green mold in the house but there was some brownish mold on the ceiling of the shower which I bleached before working on the glove box which was used in the room next door. AFOAF would try to use the glove box in the bathroom but she doesn't think that is the problem as the contams actually originate where the spores are injected.
