Spawn ratio?

Well i?m having a +~? pint of substate going with PC Pink buffalo..and want some more substrate and are thinking of spawning...But how much can i spawn with a ?pint BFR Cake? Or what?s the cake to spawn ratio?
Thinking of spawning some cow manure..well i?m not sure yet, i might just end up spawning some straw..
Any idea appretiated...tell me what to do?What will work best potent wise/Easiest...

1 pint spawn to 10-20 pints substrate. The more spawn you use the faster the colonization. You have to be sure your spawn is absolutely contaminant free. When using several different jars of spawn to innoculate a single substrate tray, be very careful. Make sure they are all clean!!!!!!!!!!!
There are equal risks to using to much or too little.
