Question about actually using LC to inoculate.
    #4336652 -

My mycelium in my LCs is so thick that it won't draw into the syringe I have.

Should I shake my bottle so my agitator breaks the myc up and it goes up into the syringe easier?

Or is my syringe too thin?

A 16 gauge needle works great for those thick LC's, try and pick one up if you get the chance. Swirling or shaking will help a bit. Also, tiny pieces of broken glass loaded into the LC pre-PC will help when you go to swirl/shake.

I'm assuming those are picked up at either pharmacy or farm supply stores? Or ordered online?

Feed & Seed store is the quickest, if there is one in your area.

Amazing, I just had this same problem today.  You killed two noobs with one stone.  It was great as I sucked up the cloud clogging my needle I pull up to realize I just pulled my cloud of mycelium out of the LC   Something tells me that is going to contam...

...Weapons are meant for destruction,
and thus are avoided by the wise.
Only as a last resort
will a wise person use a deadly weapon.
If peace is her true objective
how can she rejoice in the victory of war?
Those who rejoice in victory
delight in the slaughter of humanity.
Those who resort to violence
will never bring peace to the world...
