Courtney Love to front The Doors???

Why did I just read in the newest Rolling Stone (page 39 of DMB cover issue) that The 21st Century Doors are in talks with Courtney Love to sing for The Doors? Quote.......

It's almost as if Manzarek and Krieger are desperately looking for new ways to soil the legacy of The Doors good name. First they get the guy from Creed and then Ian Ashbury (not that bad, but not Jim). Now this? They can't be serious. Maybe they're just looking for the most drug addled singer they can find in an attempt to recapture the old days.

I have to admit, I'd love to see this. I wouldn't pay a dime to see it, but I'd love to see it.

Fact of the matter is they are looking for a Replacement For Jim. Courtney Love? She WISHES she was Jim Morrison. She thinks all her narcotics and getting arrested antics make her a modern day Jim Morrison but she's nothing.

yeah, that is just disappointing. courtney love? fuck that talentless, fame-craving, musician-wannabe hollywood dork.

ray and robby have made some dumb decisions in the past, but this would top them all.
