Heavenly Blue experiment. Any comments?

I have about 60 crushed seeds soaking in water and I was debaiting on whether or not to add kava kava, calamus root, or about 1g. Mexi-cub. I have never used this extraction method before(I always used Zippo & Everclear). It always resulted in tranquility w/vivid dreams. I read today that a lot of the "goodies" are lost in this method, thus I wish to try water. Effect difference? Additives? Experiences? Comments/questions?

That seems like a fairly small dose, but you've done this before. The kava kava and the mexi cubes sound nice.

The cubes sound like a nice addition, MG gets me pretty relaxed anyways so I'd leave out the Kava and I don't really know anything about calamus. 60 does sound like a really low dose though, I would aim for at least 100 but it's your mind & body.
Personally with MG I just rinse off the seeds and chew them over about an hour, water extractions always gave me more nausea than this method.
A good method I've been meaning to try is soaking the seeds in a towel overnight so the shell cracks and then peeling off the shells and eating the insides. Apparently this takes more seeds but gives a really clean high without the nausea.

I also would like to try the wet towel idea. I know it's a low dose. I just want to compare the water tek threshold to the crystal and the alcohol tek. The calamus gives me energy with mental clairity and higher functioning creativity. It seems so much easier to think. I'm just experimenting with another meditation/travel enhancer. Plants live on a higher plain than us and many can teach us incredible things. I'll go for a higher dose when it's appropriate, not now.

Better safe than sorry, I began with just 100 seeds and was surprised of the effect it had on me. No hallucinations but a definite mental shift. Never tried that low of a dose though it would be interesting to see how it works out. The calamus sounds like it might be nice, just try not to take anything that might irratate your stomach and have a lot of weed onhand to combat the nausea and kick in the trip (it really needs it).

The only reason why I haven't done it already is because I'm waiting to get some weed. If you are going to do something, you might as well do it right.

If it were me I would add the calamus. I've been thinking about trying a LSA/calamus combo for awhile now, I think they would go together very nicely. Consider adding some lotus to your LSA if possible, white lotus always added alot to my LSA experiences, I'm guessing other types of lotus would work well too.
