the other day i found a few shrooms growing in my front yard under my tree and all over my yard, i thought they were a magical kind i did some research and found that they were Psilocybe inquilina the inactive kind, i wonder, though, if you were to try to grow these on a different substrate if they would become active, and in my dreams the supershroom, i found them growing in the southwestern part of michigan

No, they wont become active if you cultivate them on a different substrate, their DNA says that they can't, so they can't become active.
