Tooth decay in my mouth.

Anyone know how to deal with a nasty tooth decay in my outter teeth? :sad:

Dentist? Toothbrush? Floss? I could have been prevented if you brushed your teeth lol..

I never get cavities I have hard shielding teeth I got one in my from cap once..whan I was 29 years old it was decaing behind my cap and didnt know it, I was a pot smoker so I didnt feel the pain..i never had any, but drink a beer, dont ask me, I was high on weed when they administerd the novicane on my tooth, I was so high on chronic..and they gave me that, I could not feel my nose because it was on my eye tooth..I felt high on coke too at he same time because it was my upper jaw..I think..it was cool it was a weed/cocaine high at the dentist..
