farmers load shotgun shells full of salt to shoot attempting pickers?
had a conversation with a dude who lived in washington and said that the famers would shoot you with these "salt shells" that made yer ass sting....in an attempt to get you off there property....hmm....
that would really suck.

Damn straight its true! Getting shot with rock salt hurts like a motherfucker!! Got shot once when I was a little kid, was taking a short cut through an old ladys farm when my older cousin decides to start smashing the watermellons along the way, bad idea. Sure enough the old hag steps out on her porch and "boom", bitch shot 4 times at our asses. The more I ran and sweat, the more it stung and hurt, it kept getting worse and worse till my ass felt like it was on fire!!

If your thinking about using rock salt in shotguns to keep folks off your property, use sawdust shells instead, rock salt is just plain cruel!! Sawdust will still get your point across, in a much less painful way.

yep, its true. Me and my friend got shot at when we went shroom hunting in this fuckers cow pasture. We came back the next day and found the salt shit in some places.
