Most mushrooms will bruise, few will bruise blue. There are other types of mushrooms which will bruise blue and not be hallucinogenic...like a Bolete.

The blue bruising in hallucinogenic mushrooms does signify that it does indeed contain psilocybin and psilocin.

Not true.

Like angry said, some psychoactives briuse blue... but there are also some poisonous ones that briuse blue. Never ever use that as your only means of idenfication.

There are also a few active mushrooms that do NOT briuse blue.

So for the most part, no, not true.
