just came back from court

i dont know if ne1 remembers my post explaining my misde. poss. charge, but norml.org said that in FL (my state) you can get up to $1000 fine and/or 1 yr in prison for misde. pot charge; this kinda worried the shit outta me, but i suppose worrying is only in my nature. i went and actually saw a couple friends in the court room. the only thing that came out of it was $255 fine; no probation, no community service. true $255 is a bit steep considering all i had was MAYBE $5 worth of marijuana in a roach, but i spose ill just blame society for that.  :cool:

what kind of person arrests some one for less than 5 dollars of pot? how does that even look on the cops record? we should all become cops so we can be leaniant as fuck on some charges then what would happen?
