Court today

I have to go to court this morning charged with Driving Whilst my License is Suspended.

It was suspended for doing 120 km/h in a 50 km/h zone. :frown: (I could have done much better my car goes vroom vroom)

I got pulled over on the DAY my license went because I thought I was allowed to drive that day (allowed to drive for 21 days after your license gets taken) for a dodgy headlight. The cop put me on the breaatho and it moved, so she took me back to the cop station where they put me on the mother-of-all-breathos and I blew 0.000 so she was all like "dang another one got away. but ur license is suspended u will receive a summons to court"

wish me luck! I'm wearing a suit and I will plead ignorance like I didn't know it was an honest mistake...

my license got taken off me for 4 months originally for the speeding, but like then they sent me a letter saying it was 7 months instead and if I get it taken off me for any longer after today I'm screwed.

anyway I'll let you know how I went.

I'm hoping if I give head to the judge they'll let me off.
I've been practicing on my hair brush all day.

The worst I'll get is another 3 months... but I think I should be able to weasel out of it :P

The suit doesn't help, but the sucking will. I had my license suspended for awhile too, for exceeding 100mph in a 55mph zone. So good luck to you.

well i wore my lucky cross necklace (i wear it every day, though... have done since my last crazy spiritual experience on acid)

wore a suit and all, did my hair up real good and the outcome was good. I said to the judge "I thought I was allowed to drive on that day. I plead guilty but I just want you to know it was an honest mistake. I thought I was allowed to drive"

judge took that into account and only fined me $150 and didn't suspend my license for any longer... so i get it back next month. Woohoo!
He  said "this is a very serious offence for which many people do jail time, but i'll consider you have no prior driving convictions and use my discretion and let you off with blah blah blah"
Lol the prosecuter came up to me with a piece of paper with my 'record' on it and he pointed  to the charge i was there for, but on the bottom of the sheet it said "cultivation of a prohibited plant and possession of it's product" he was lookin at me weird the whole time like "WTF? this kid grew weed?" cuz i looked real straight edge hahaha

so yeah the outcome was way better than i expected. the kid before me lost his license for 9 months and got a $1500 fine for doing 120 km/h in a 110 zone on his provisional license (can only do 80 on ur p's) whilst under the influence of alcohol. He got mangled man and i came out on top.

i guess the lucky cross helped :laugh:

wow that is a little wierd even though he had his provisional license. He got pulled for 10 over KMs...thats like 5mph over the speed limit. I sure am glad I dont drive over there.

If I were to have been pulled for my 120mph in a 55mph, I would have been in jail....... :bananabang:

Im up on a reckless damage charge due to a few of my so called "mates" not wanting to take all the blame, so me merely being there has turned into a charge that i never committed.

wtf man that's messed up.
TrancedShroom: nah the license he had (Provisional) in tasmania you are only allowed to do a max of 80km/h on your P plates, even in 110 zones. He was doing 120. Anything over 40km/h of the limit, or in his case... his 80 limit, it's automatic suspension for 4 months (that's what I got... 120 km/h in a 50km/h zone. Which is like doing highway speeds through a residential area.)

so yeah.

sorry to hear notorious all you can really do is just tell them your story and dress upo real nice :laugh:
