Lets just say, for beginners sake, that 30 or even ONLY as little as 15 dry grams are not recommended :grin:

If you take too much, you might just have to sit down while thinking "A couple of hours, and this is over."

And you can't accidentally take too much... shrooms aren't like alchohol, where the more you get drunk, the easier it becomes to drink more.

if it happens just think to your self that it is just the shrooms talking and it will be over in a few hours, otherwise surround yourself with calming things and hold on for the ride...
