So exactly how long is good enough to kill contams in a 50/50 mix? I have been doing 15 psi for 1 hour, and my shit always gets contams... any suggestions?

Sterilizing kills bad germs, but they can also kill good germs in casing material. Do a search on pasteurization and do that instead.

Yes sterilised casing mediums are to tricky to work with for my friend as was said above you kill certain bacteria acetomyc'sthat are acctually good for them mycellium they help combat the bad molds an things an inturn are eaten by the mycellium pasturisation is deffinately the way to go .Mew
