Rice&wheat flour

today i bought some uncles bens brown rice and wheat flour, i know peopel recomend brown rice, but is the wheat flour any good to use?, has anyone had any luck with it? i ground up the rice and i was going to mix it with the flour to make my cakes, whatelse should i put in there?, i looked all around for the vermiculite, all i could find what the pertlite, the white stuff you put in dirt,, is that safe to use?

hey guys its been 6 days and im waitng to ad my spores, i need to know if a brownrice/wheat flour and vermiculite, mixture is ok,, like what a re my chances of growth?

Look in the health food section of your grocery market for Dark Rye flour !!!!!! You`ll be surprised how much faster the jars colonize..... I switched and will never go back to brown rice flour or plain rye
