I know I praise these guys in my grow log and such but I just have had a few great transactions with them. Andy and Melissa really take care of you and respond to emails asap. There products are well worth the money, especially if you don't have a PC and are not the most steryle person. If you have any questions regarding their product send me a message I might be able to help, ive done about 7-8 bags to date (cased them all, will be fruiting in the bag with one as of today)

just recently my order was sent out 2 weeks late, and i just found out they sent the package with the wrong address so I'll be waiting 4 more days...

why couldnt you add... "oh yeah they are sending me 4 free bags of my choice" why didnt u add that part? god just another halfsided poster. They offer you 40% more than you ordered just to cover it , and you still got attitude?

well, they added in the 4 extra bags after the order was sent out over 2 weeks late. i just found out though, that they sent the bag to the wrong address... so now i'll be waiting even longer.

so far i've had like 3 mixups on this one order. i nkow im getting 4 more bags but that's hardly 40% of the order. mycobag has been very good with customer service but this has just been annoying.

Sounds like more than you would get if inconvienced at say, wal mart or a grocery store?

Sucks waiting on something you really want, but we all have to at one point or another. Even Hawk delayed an order about one week. Things happen, his handling of the situation bought my business for life. Had he treated it differently, I may have very well switched vendors.

If 40% isnt enough to keep your business, well then you should probably switch vendors, but just keep a level head, and dont let this head where I think its going.

He resolved your problem, we are aware of your issue, no need to mention it further.
