I'm not experienced with ephederine, but if you don't feel any lingering affects you probobly didn't have any. But it's never a good idea to overwork your heart and body with stimulants, it can kill you. In the long run it might weaken your heart, but who knows.

Rest as much as you can for a few months and stay away from all stimulants.
