Reason #3: Why I hate NJ.

Well New Jeresy fucked me again. you may remember my last post on the subject : http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat...rue#Post3860903

Basicaly, I live out of state go to school full time and work 30hrs+ a week. I recieved a speeding ticket there on my way up to con. a few weeks back and the ticket says I MUST APPEAR IN COURT, wtf.

Well, I called the court house and told them I need to reschedule. They said sure, however, our office can only authorize a new court date for up to a week. Ok, I said, what office should I contact to get a further extension. Becuase, I goto school full time and work 30 hours a week, and I probably wont be free till april.

The lady at the court house then asked me if I planned to plead quility. I said Yes, because well I was speeding. Ok, she said I will fax you something put a check next to qulity, sign your name, and send it back and we will send you something in the mail notifiying you how much you owe.

Awesome I thought, just what I wanted.... So I did as insturcted, promoised it would be taken care. SO I wake up sat. morning to a letter, they mailed it to me in the air or something. Anyway, it basicly said I failed to appear at my court date!!! that my new date is for 3/22/05 and if I fail to appear a warrent will be issued for my arresst!!!!!!!!!!!!


SO What the Fuck, why did she fuck me like that, why does NJ suck so much, so I shall call them in the morning and ask them what the hell happened.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

You made copies of the paperwork that said you just had to pay the fine right?

If its a form stating what it says just go down there and see if they can clear it up or call em up.

the point of the matter is its two hours away and I honestly don't have time to go down there. And No, I stupidly forgot to make copies of the forum :frown: I'm calling tomorrow. And SHEIKofSHIITAKE, that makes no sense.

I made a post and I figured I'd make a follow up post explaining what has happened.  I figure I will call them tomorrow and It will all be taken care of. But if not, grrr....

I heard NJ is nasty as fuck! same with some parts of NYC, I would rather stay here in the West anytime what I heard about that area..so I guess Utah is really not that bad, I like the mountains here...I would miss those living over there..
