Feels good to write again.
    #3877299 -

My pot break did me a world of good and I've smoked three times in the past week, a couple of hits here and there after my big fast breaking bong-hitting extravaganza on Tuesday, and it's having the old effect- inspiring me to write everything down that's in my head first thing in the morning!  I'm gonna keep it in moderation so I don't dig myself into the same old hole all over again but it feels great to smoke again and even greater to write again.

The shrink I go to to talk about writing and life and all sorts of stuff, he suggested since drugs were half-obstacle and half-enabler for my writing that rather than think about what they're doing to my writing, that I write about them.  So I decided to rewrite my Salvia trip in a lot more detail, and I put the link to my post in my signature, I'd love to get some comments on it.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.
