My friend told my that if you put shrooms in
chocolate milk and let them sit all the psilocibe and
pscilocin will 'leek' out into the drink and you will have
a great tasting shroom drink.
Any truth to this?

It sounds like it should work. Your post actually reminds me of something my buddy told me about a while ago.
He told me about how to make a really cool mushroom drink. Get a bottle of tequila (any liquor will do, but I think tequila would work great, in my opinion), then take out about 10 shots from it. Put between a 1/4 and a half-ounce of mushrooms in the bottle, put the cap back on, and let it sit for a couple days. The tequila will turn blue, and you end up with a psychedelic beverage for your home bar. Makes a great gift for that special someone in your life.
Oh yea, just make sure to mark it so that people know what they're getting into. Enough crazy shit happens when people start hitting the tequila, as it is.
If anyone tries this, lemme know how it turns out.

I'm pretty sure that the calcium in dairy products cancels out some of the Psilocybin, so it will make your shrooms less effective.

im not my self right now, but that shit is sick, well i had a milk shake, it sucked, the taste was horible, i swear u dont wanna do that, just drink oj with shrooms, or hold u nose, take the shrooms, down with oj
u can try water but it leaves a sick feelin, damn anythin with taste, pepsi, cranberry, doesnt matter, somethin with taste,

I've tried a few things and all thats worked for me is down them with OJ or soak them in honey. I tried it with milk once and it worked OK but it gave me strong stomach pains the whole trip. V8 works OK too if you like that shit, I tried it once plenty of Vitamin C. I've wanted to try it in a tea, ive heard that takes so much of the bad taste away

Yeah, I've heard that the Millk does work, but I have drank shroomy tea b4, here's how to make it so there's hardly any shroom taste:
I boiled some water in a tea kettle, and then put about a tbl spoon of sugar in it, 2 tbl spoon of honey in it, and lipton's tea pags (optional, I've had it both ways, and I like Lipton better than without). Dice your shrooms into small, I mean SMALL peices to expose more surface area when boiling, and wrap in a coffee filter and set in pot. I ususally tie it with a strong to prevent the shrooms from entering the tea, and then I tak them out afterwards and eat them if you really want the whole thing gone. Boil all of this, and adjust ingredients to your liking. I don't have a sweet tooth, so I don't make mine that sweet, but I hardly, if anything, taste the shrooms.
