I don't know how they can do that, which countries law come in to it... I know in france shroomery would have been raided straight away!! I was on a French weed forum and they banded me for using the word Datora which is a plant!! I hope never I'm kind of getting to Love this place, Addicted...

That's why you don't advertise you are doing anything illegal at the gathering.  They can't stop us from gathering and if someone brought a bunch of mushrooms from a mushroom loving forum, obviously no one at the gathering is going to complain :sun:

It's not about the drugs, anyway, it's about meeting people of similar mind set and having a good time.

90% of us have already incriminated ourselves. myself included.

It is generally not an issue in my mind though. We didn't advertise the date for NE'05, although I see that the Arizona gatherings are a bit more open to giving out info.

What could they get you for?
Possesion. Out in the woods. they couldn't bust everybody. Most people would have time to toss there shit. And if any undercovers came, they would be sorely disapointed. I saw no sales going on. Just people sharing alittle here and there.

anyway, it wouldnt really be worth it for anyone to raid a gathering. The amount of time, money, and effort it takes to get a warrant for such a siege would be completely unworth the arrests that it may lead to. Like the DEA is going to haul out that kind of cash to find a bunch of people smoking weed. Unless someone talks about hauling pounds of drugs to a gathering, there is really no reason for anyone to do anything about it. Really people, it costs a shitload of money for such actions to take place, and for what a hand full of misdemeanors.

i doubt it would ever be raided... itll be like 50-60people on a piece of private land. there are parties almost everyday that big if not bigger in residential areas. they wouldnt be able to do a thing as long as you arent blowing up bombs etc..

Authorities doubt Cupid had any part in the 9 pounds of heart-shaped candies discovered during a traffic stop.

The candies, found Monday by Texas Department of Public Safety troopers, tested positive for psilocybin, a psychedelic drug extracted from a mushroom of the same name.

The estimated value of the faux Valentine's Day chocolate was more than $408,000, DPS officials said in a news release.

The troopers found the candy in a plastic bag after stopping a San Francisco man's 2005 Toyota Corolla on Interstate 40 about three miles west of Amarillo.

Craig Allen Moreland, 30, was arrested and taken to the Potter County Detention Center on drug charges, the release said.
