PES Amazonian strain and Neglect Tek
    #376882 -

I just innoculated 4 jars tonight.. I'm extremely low on resources now, so I'm going to go by the neglect tek and hope for the best.. Anyone know how this strain (PES Amazonian) fares with this particular tek? Will there be a decent fruiting? Also, if you've got any pointers (where to store jars, how much sunlight they should be given.. temperature, etc) it would be appreciated.

If you are low on resources, you can still do the normal fruiting.
Just put a moist paper towel in a bucket(or perlite if you have any), put the cakes directly on the towels, cover the bucket with a translucent sheet of plastic.
Fan 2-3 times a day.
like this:

The red stuff is a clay granulate normaly used for hydroculture.

If you're going invitro, you can store the jars anywhere where it is a good temperature, and clean.
They should be given light/sunlight for no less than 1 hour a day, everyday. Start giving them light when the mycelium starts colonizing the jars.
A good temp. would be 80-85 degrees.
