...not too noisy,you barely notice it,
you can also find really good ones for cheap on ebay

about as noise as your computer fan is with the case on the computer. However i had a cheap one from Walmart that sounded like a Jet takeing off after beign used for a week so keep the box and everything for a week or 2 jsut incase.

Yeah, K-Mart or Wal Mart sell smaller ones for $30 US or under. They're pretty quiet, even when set on high (I keep mine on low).

just use perlite. its cheaper and dosent make any noise.
