Any of you do any stock trading? What stocks are you playing around with right now if so?

They all gradually go down. DCQ and DIS are both around $27. MO(Altria) is like $59. Altria goes up and down, but disney goes down.

yeah, those are good companies.
How about penny stocks? I've been messing with ADZR.OB for about a year. I did well with SIRI but am waiting for it to get back down before putting money back in there. I'm looking for some other cheap stocks with high volume and lots of speculation.

Start looking for practical internet companies that are just opening. I have passed on a few that have bitten me in the ass. Seasonal Companies are great to buy off season, sell on peak. I did that with a lot of Disney shares a few years ago when I got out of highschool. I bought in June and sold in April (easter is Disney's busiest.) You dont make that much money from it, but if you do tons of trades like that, it adds up.
Im looking for an internet broker now. I use the same as my parents right now, and thats an actual office. I don't want to have $5,000 wrapped up in trades though like most companies require. Any insight?

I use E-Trade. I believe you can open an account for $1K and you don't have to maintain any particular balance after that. Trades are 12.99 no matter how many shares, even for limit orders, as long as you are making at least 9 trades per quarter. Otherwise trades are 19.99.

I'm almost positive you can move them into an E-Trade account and that will qualify. I have my etrade account connected to my bank account so I can move money in and out. Works nicely.
