New Mexico has cheap land online. You have to pay $75 dollars for the paperwork then its like 200 an acre. Its all on ebay. Search for government land.

I'm just sayin' he's lucky if it's right next to the highway. Just make sure you see a plat before you buy.
It would suck to by a landlocked parcel and then find out you had to buy road access.

Shit dude, that sounds fine. Just build a big fence, get a tarp, and you have got yourself a SWEET gathering spot.
You'd be allowed to build a big fence and put a big motherfuckin tarp over it right? I'm not really sure about government land laws and such.

That would suck a lot. I had a friend buy land in Montana, and he never saw pictures of the parcel. He ended up with 400 acres of unusable mountain side.

yeah i say no gif, but yeah im goingn to go and check out the land parcels for an entire day, and tey are getting sold to me from the county itself who has all of the acess roads recorded and liens and such.
osmthing like 4 lots for about a grand or so which i happen to have, well if i negate the grand on my credit card !
its goingn to be land, plain and simple off of i-40 in sun valley or holbrook, or snowflake az un developed without power, and i might be able to get water if i drill a well, which i probably wont do.
because of some paperwork bullshit i cant get the land till the 15th of march or may or one of those m months. but when i check it out ill let you al konw what the deal is, we could ave a kickin community out there if we all tried, i mean shit who wouldnt drop 2-300$ for your own piece of land?
the shroomerites could take over that desert and have a nice communal thing going

I had an uncle that used to have about 20 acres in newmexico, undeveloped. He had a big house sized open air tent that he lived in. He went into his rv if it got to hot. I remember visiting him in my teens and it was pretty nice, all things considered, very private. If you did drill a well and had enough water you could grow a great garden, if thats your thing. Have you seen it yet? Tell me what they (county) say as well as the quality of the land, because you saying this is giving me some good ideas, thanks.

http://www.co.navajo.az.us/BackTaxList/CurrentBackTaxList.pdf
heres the back tax list, you can look up the property on this page under parcel information http://www.co.navajo.az.us/
this is a messed up list a i havecome to find out from the county asesors office, some old lady that retired, listed some property that is owned by people so they have to redo the whole thing. im not quite sure as to how big the lots actually are...
