UK shroom laws

We all know that under UK law possession of fresh psilocybe mushrooms is legal, while possession of the same mushrooms dried or prepared for consumption is illegal. What I want to know is: Is it legal to sell fresh mushrooms for non-consumption purposes?

Even this doesn't seem to be definate. There is an article on Gnostic Garden (http://www.gnosticgarden.com/articles/liberty.htm) about a test case in Reading (Where I live - woohoo) involving lib's which went to court, and was thrown out by the judge, who said 'psilocybin is a chemical and mushrooms are mushrooms'

Well, as far as I can tell, yes it's legal. It's proving that you are not seeling them for their Psilocybin that would be problem, as that would be illegal. I don't think this is something that has ever been tried before, so the only way to know for sure what would be to try and see what hapens. I'd advise having some damned good lawyers on hand if you were to try though :)
