Not as dark as the photo shows. Just looks like a wet spot. Maybe discoloration of the WBS and piss ? Dont know.

I wouldn't smell any mold.
Thats how ppl end up at the ER/hospital/doctor. Especially if its black, or otherwise obviously stands out due to its color. Black mold = highly toxic, can cause heart disease, cancer, etc. Really bad shit.

could be piss...the whole jar is colonized....could do the whole chemistry sniff test (whift some air towards you with hand)....maybe make a coke bottle terrarium for it to be extra sure?....

Myc piss is simply a bi product of mycelium metabolism, it's an excretion. It happens due to many factors, most known are excessive heat and prolonged incubation time, some strains seem to be more prone to this scenario than others.
