Red Rocks
    #3675577 - 01/25/05 01:25 AM (12 years, 30 days ago)

Laying on the couch (laid up after knee surgery) thinking about when I'll be better. Also how Red Rocks is an AMAZING venue. I havent been in CO for long. Last summer was my first summer of attending shows there (I live like 5 min. away!). But Red Rocks (plus Statebridge and Mishawaka) are what make my summers here.

So, for those of you who have been what has been your most memorable experience there? :jamming:

I'll start:
Peaking on some great lucy and dancing my ass off to an excellent Mountain Jam during the Friday night SCI & Allman Bros show.

I've done some bouldering in red rocks park park. They are pretty strict about not letting climbing in or around the ampitheatre itelf. Morrison, the town right down the road has some killer bouldering though.

I saw a Panic yideo clip from there and remember thinking that they should let people boulder while listening to music, but it railed against my better judgement. :smirk:
