Lately i've been chillin to some sublime and would like to know other bands that sound similar to them.  For they have a very laid back"ness" to them.

I wouldn't classify Sublime as 'punk'.  They are really hard to define.  Kinda reggae, kinda punk, kinda rock, kinda ska.

I want to say mostly Ska...but that just isn't right.  :shrug:

Long Beach Dub All-Stars along with the two break-up bands DubCat and Long Beach Short Bus.

Ras1, the singer of the former All-Stars and now Short Bus got the number 1 added after his name when someone started calling my brother Todd, Todd1 after the rapper from the 80s with the same name; Todd1 that is.

Ha hahahhah, Slightly Stoopid, Im surprised anyone outside of Long Beach knows of them!

Just go to http://www.skunk.com/ to check out more bands, also I think Long Beach Records has a website too. ALot of band music in and around Long Beach is heavily influenced by Reggae, Ska and Punk.
