humidifier

I am thinking about buying a humidifier and I am looking on ebay for one. my terrarium is 27inch by 14inch. what should I look for when buying a humidifier? are humidifers alot better then using perlite and spraying ?

for that small scale I would choose perlite and spraying...

ok Ill do perlite and spraying I just feel like perlite is so messy.. u dont think a small humidifier would be good ? like i saw this one on ebay that was like 20bux.. i dunno if it would do the job but it looked nice and clean

perlite IS messy. but it provides GREAT humidification, especially for smaller scale grows.

humidifiers are reccomended for larger grows, but you could use one.

ultrasonics are used for humidity, and cool mists are used for air exchange.

a humidifier would work good, but why waste the money. perlite can get messy, i understand where you are coming from there. try getting a fish tank bubbler and put the end of the hose in a cup of water in the tank that should work fine. cheap and no mess. peace.
