Unlabeled Psy/Ambient/Etc song I fell in love with while tripping - Sample included

The file is recorded only so-so off of a 128kpbs mp3, so it's no great shakes. About 1 minute long. Also it starts in the middle, but the track pretty much stays the same throughout. I just love how it sounds.

I found this track in the inevitable first wave of trying to find Shpongle on the internet last year. I found this track called "shpongle - dunno" and the id3 tag says "shpongle - secret track" which are both highly not helpful.

I know the song is NOT Shpongle. So does anyone maybe know which track it is? Who did it? A name? Anything under the sun to help me out?

Holy shit, I love you. I just remembered I posted this like..a long time ago, and I come back to a correct answer.

EDIT : Well actually, It's mostly right. It's obvious that what I posted came from Angelic Particles, but both versions I found (Angelic Particles, and the Buckminster remix) were both alot more Goa-ish than what I posted. Does anyone know what EXACTLY I posted is? Is it just a vocal track? Or is there some remix I haven't heard of? Anything at all.

perhaps the 'in dub' remix off of Hallucinogen In Dub, OTT remixed a bunch of hallucinogne with a dubbed-out vibe to it. Awesome album, as well is OTT's solo piece.

in dub is one groundbreaking album and after long listening, I still enjoy the tracks with the same excitement, hapiness and warmth it creates.
