A cross tolerance between smoking and eating?

Do you know if there is any cross tolerance between eating mushrooms and smoking them? if i were to smoke shrooms tonight would my tolerance be lower or higher if i eat mushrooms the next day?

Technically there is no difference between smoking and eating mushrooms, beyond the obvious differences in dose route. Oh...and you also kill a lot of the psilocybin/psilocin when you smoke it (it's a big waste, in my opinion).

So yes, if you smoke mushrooms....your tolerance goes up just the same as if you had eaten them. Tolerance isn't caused by the method of injestion, it's caused by the actuall psychoactive chemicals.

noooo stop!!! Don't smoke them! You should just eat them, you would have a better trip! =)

I am just looking out for the poor mushies...they don't like heat too much.

Most of the activities described above are dangerous and/or illegal and none are recommended.

ok, i see know. i know psylocibin (sp?) is destroyed by heat but, jessus christ man i smoke a fat ass steam-roller that had a dime of pot, and about a nic of shrooms (shroom shake). and goddamn i was seeing some crazy C.E.V. but it was also four o'clock in the mornin'. take it easy.

dont smoke em. i smoked two fatty bowls of shredded up B+ and i was light headed for like 15 min. its a waste. i also wouldnt recomend tripping two days in a row neither, that would be like taking youre brain and smaking it with a sludge hammer. it would do some phscilogical damage too. i usually use the day after the trip as a "reflecting day".

hey, you got to be genuine thats the name of this game. if you're real, then you aint got nothing to worry about, but if youre synthetic then starting tomorrow you're balls come off!

Actually, it can be hard to even get off two days in a row...Even if you do, you would have to eat at least double the previous dose.
