i want to try/start growing gourmet/edible mushies....
im not rich n' all, but if anyone out there can help me out with whatever they can(supplies,cultures,etc...)
i have p.c prints i can send if you would like....
and can someone post a link to somthin along the lines of mmgg(simplicity)...that would apply to growing the goumets...
(i'd search on my own but i am on a time limit(ISP)and would like a reccomendation on where to start)
anything would be greatly appreciated:)

annos reading tek... THE most effective tek for growing mushrooms. also comes in handy for other things.

anno, i've read your link b4, i was looking more torwards a recommendation on which species is best suited for ease of a first timer in this field., help me out with that. p/m me your addy for the print.

If they have what you're wanting to grow at the store, just print some from there. If not, try woodplug spawn from fungi perfecti or others. Woodplugs are the cheapest way to get the cultures. Something like 100 plugs for $12.
I have these cultures. Those w/ a * are ready to be shipped.
Flammulina velutipes (Enokitake)
Ganoderma lucidum (Resishi)
Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane)
Lentinula edodes (Shiitake)
Pleurotus ostreatus (White Oyster)
*Pleurotus ??? (Wild Oyster strain)
*Polyporus sulphureous (Chicken of the Woods)
*Grifrola frondosa (Hen of the Woods, Maitake)
*Trametes verisicolor (Turkey Tail)
Agaricus blazei (Almond Portabello)
Agaricus bisporus (Portabello) (print)

I can't really think of anything right. I'm already backed up on the grows that I've planned.
Happy to help ya out w/ a couple, though. That's how I got started w/ edibles. :)
