problems with using ubbcode
    #3489825 -

whenever i add an icon, it doesnt place where i
have the curser set., it automatically drops to the bottom
of the reply box.
the same applies when using the pic posting script,
or the url script, etc.

can you set it so it places the emoticon,picture,link,etc
to where the cursor is placed?

It does work in IE.

Firefox does not place the icon where the cursor is. It's annoying.

Unfortunately yes.

I tried to rewrite the markup javascript some time ago, and it does work well in firefox, but it does not work in IE.

Here, test it out.

The only way I think I could get it to work is to take the complete javascript code from a different board, Simplemachines or Invision.
