What are your favorite torrent sites? I only use suprnova but there must be other sites as good if not better.

fuckin lucky bastards.. Iv been trying to get my torrents to go.. All i get is 5kb/s speeds.. Its not even worth it... How come mine sucks? I read somthing about zone alarm but dont know what it does to effect it

Dude, I occasionally get up to 300 kb/s on my comcast cable modem. If you have high speed internet, then you setup is fucked. First get the shadow experimental client here http://www.bittornado.com/. Then setup your port range in the options to between like 40000 and 60000, but make it a span of 20 like 49950 to 49970. Then you need to forward those ports on your router. get the green light and you are all good...also you need to be uploading at 80% of your total upload speed (usually 18-25 kb/s) no more, no less.

ISO hunt is usually a really good site for checking out availability of shit. Tells you if the tracker is down or not aswell.

Rah do you use a router? Zone alarm won't be the problem, i am using it on a pc here with the h$tp://azureus.sourceforge.net/ torrent client.

I found this torrent site the other day h$tp://trackerwww.prq.to/frame.html it's foreign but has some nice files.

Also check, in your security settings of the zone alarm, maybe you have set to high, just lower it to medium so it allows you to share too. If you dont upload you get a shitty download. Maybe its that, that was what it was wrong with my boss pc. Now he get better speeds. BTW I tried to forward ports, but with zone alarm dunno if posibble, you can run another software so you can forward the ports, but try to lower the security and it might be working.
