i have a nitrous tank. i used to get it filled regularly, because my roomies and i were always having parties at the house so the tank never lasted long (the house windows didn't either).

i had a braided metal hose running off the tank. one night, we used the tank so much that the hose started dripping liquid on me. it was freeze burning my skin everywhere it hit. i didn't even know this was going on because the liquid was so cold, i couldn't feel it. i started hearing a hissing sound and thought the tank was leaking, so i looked down to see that i had frozen red spots all over my arm and chest. the hissing sound was coming from my skin. that was 4 years ago and the large spots on my chest still turn red every time i take a shower.
