Well, if you have no money and your starving, Taco Bell is the cheap-ass place to be. At the Taco Bell nearest to where I live, there are always homeless guys hanging out next to it hoping since the food is so cheap that a kind soul won't mind buying them a burrito.

As for Shroomism, I'm donating 20. I hope he gets out soon.

im not flaming at all, i like shroomism and i feel horrible for what happened to him. i just know there are better choices to get a cheap meal, especially for someone with shroomisms beliefs about america/corporations etc....

When I'm hungry my hate for Corporate America can be put aside for a second. Just MO.

Anyway, what is the situation with Shroomism? Is there a person collecting money, is there anyway we can even help him? That $6000 could take us months to raise by ourselves here.

Contact Geokills, I believe everything is being put into the Shroomery PayPal account, but there is a little problem.

Being that Shroomism is from Virginia and not from Florida, they are asking for the full bail, plus 700 just to write the bond.

The 6,000 gets returned when he atteds the court date, in which he WILL, because we are fighting this. We were illegally searched, there was no consent. We were just being harassessed.

I can definitely keep a record of all donations, and return whatever money is ultimately returned to me.  However, realize that the donor assumes all risk of loss as I have no control over whether or not the money will ever make it back to me.  Additionally, though a few people have donated, we are a far cry from the $6700 needed for the bailout. 

At this rate, it will take approximately 65 days to reach the necessary amount, provided that people continue to donate at the rate that they have been.  I wish there is more we could do, but I don't know that there is.  If you wish to donate by mail, please PM me for an address.  Also, if you know others who are interested in donating, you should speak with them about it to see if they will. 

That sure is one whammy of a bail for some freakin' pot and a few Rx's :crazy:

That is Florida for you, Hopefully he doesn't have record, because Florida uses a points system(which includes out of state charges) to determine if you are prison material.
