I've found panaeolous Cintulus both on lawns in big cities and in corals on farms in the plate valley. We also have two Gymo species that love decaying wood. Nebraska has more than people know, research the type of mushrooms that grow on or around the types of trees that are around you. You'll be surprised at what 'shouldn't' be growing here. Happy hunting!
