How to Spread Spores?

I live in a very large city and I am wondering if there is anyway I could start spreading spores to have them growing in the area. I have a creek by my house which has a fairly large but shallow wooded area that runs with the creek. Just curious if theres anyways I can grow them there with any methods?

If you live in a nice humid warm area then

well, just get one of those spray bottles put a few prints in with sterial water and spray away, don't worry about steriality too much, as long as you got plenty spores nature will do the rest
