hmm.. well i thought i knew what i was doing but apparently not.

I've uploaded pics on here before, although it has been a while...dont' know if the process has changed or if i'm just retarded at the moment.. cant' find a help section for the info i need either.

I did upload them, they're in my "gallery" apparently, wherever that is, but they won't show up in my post.  :sad:.. (sadness)

Are you pasteing in the bb code? and when you make the post is the little box above where you type stuff in say make post using ubbcode?

I have no idea what any of this crap means, but I'm pretty sure it has to do with pictures, so just check to make sure.

Copy the adress of the picture, and paste it in here between the image tags. So for example, you'd put:

[ img ]mushroompicture.jpg[ /img]

But without the spaces. Hope that helps.

I use [ image ]url[ /image ] without the spaces and it works fine

here this may help (easy way :wink: ),
1.log in, 2.go to my pics, 3.click upload, 4.Browse, get the pic wherever  it may be stored 5.click upload picture 6. repeat uploading if any different pics to upload 7.go to my pics 8. right click the pic/s , open in new window 8. copy the UBB code 9. go here and reply or edit previous posts 10. paste UBB code             

hopefully that should do it.

I have to take my images and resize them to half size in order to upload them to the Shroomery. Does anyone know a better way to upload pics without resizing them? Does this resizing affect picture quality?

I've found that by cropping the edges off a bit greatly reduces the size of the file.

When you open up the pic in your gallery, just copy the url and post it into the thread, someone else can figure it out how to post it from there.
