yeah, it's like how is anybody going to prove a vendor "meant" to rip them off? HOW? mail get's lost all the time, people sometimes don't put return addresses on their orders are they like one guy did to me, didn't put his apartment # for me. and I don't use return address so it still out there in limbo. But I offered to send the guy another item the same one he wanted and he declined. U have to respect honesty.

hehehe i guess that is true...you did say A NOTABLE VENDOR.....and I don't know if he qualifies for that.

BTW I never ordered from him so I can't win the syringe cause even if he did count. He can't intentionally rip me off unless I buy from him right...

dimitri211, maybe You could post all the vendors that are well establish all to gether and say these are the ones you have to prove me wrong on. then everyone will have a clear picture, kind of like a guild line for people to follow so everyone knows.

I don't want a syring.. I was just saying 3M does the 3/$25 deal. And he does have a US address. Perhaps the only vendor w/ multi-national offices! ;)

billyblastoff, Dimitri was saying that "if U can prove any vendor meant to rip you off" he posted that because of another post that was saying max was ripping people off with his 3 syringes for 25 bucks, he wasn't saying captainmax was the only one selling 3 for $25. reread his (dimitri's) post again and carefully and you'll see what he is getting at..

Hey, I said 3M, not Capt Max..

I wasn't trying to discourage ya, just curious. Seems like every time someone complains, the vendors usually handle it well and come out smelling like roses.

I agree that it's not cool to run and blast a vendor in a public forum w/o giving them enough time to fill the order and/or making a sincere effort to work it out privately w/ the vendor. People just get impatient sometimes, especially first time buyers.
