I have had the same situation play out, excpet it was an old drunk chick at my pot dealers house that was "educating" me, about how I am a FOOL for growing peyote, because .....ITS A POISON(as she smokes tobacco and drinks hard alcohol)

I am going to try and dig that old post up, that bitch was so stupid it was funny.

I said to my friend jay that I saw something that seemed to provide a better base for peyote grafting than san pedro......and as I was explaining  the AMAZING thread going on in the entheo garden (una Pereskiopsis thread)

and some of my buddies thought it would be funny to throw out stuff about my fondness of opiates(growing and using) , and this bitch went off again

I wont try to say all that she said but that night I heard SO MANY, MYTHS and URBAN LEDGENS about drugs MAINLY PSYCHEDELICS, that I wanted to slap this bitch , but I wouldnt do that :wink:

and one of the worst things is when I tried to say something back about mushrooms and lsd not being bad, in fact in some ways VERY good for people(psych reaserch 70's )

C and alisha (my friends girl) start bitching and saying , "how can you say LSD cant fuck you up look at .......(this person, example)..."

and then the example happens to be a guy, who I love the guitar playing of(I play to)  I have to say hes fucking awsome, and his problem is that he has used to much speed in the last couple of years

but this fact doesnt even slow down the ROLLING BALL OF MISINFOMATION and LIES

in that situation i ask the "expert" to name the "poison" and give a few examples of the toxic effects. remind him that psilocybin is a vasoconstrictor, and that it is a tryptamine simmilar in structural composition to seritonin, and that even experts on the brain and neuroscience havent come to a clear explaination of how or why it effects sensory functioning in such a profound way. explain how seritonin itself, when in imbalance due to social stimuli such as lack of acceptance; causes delusions, such as he is exhibiting publicly trying in vain to create a shared delusion among your comrades by making it cool and fun to dehumanize you by whining and making himself look like some sort of experienced guru, and make reference to how hes successfully selling his bullshit to your associates to accomplish his childish activity which even they by now, if not completely sheep, can see.

perhaps inquire if his philosophy for alcohol was simmilar to the philosophy he applied to drugs and therefore the reason why he overdosed on mushrooms and Extasy.

or just call him a liar. beause thats what he is. a dangerous one, the kind that creates whole worlds of misinformation as a way to hold together his social life, or to combat his lack therof.

hes a self-hating alcoholic, just like evry other one.
and hes gonna drag your friends down just like some guy did to him. a guy with problems who cant face them because hes too proud to admit he knows nothing because he hasnt learned a thing since he was 16 and learned he diddn't have to.

right now should be the part of your life where you go your own way, look back later and you can feel good about it when you see how hard it is to actually be somebody, and how you don't have to insult yourself by trying so hard to be someone else.

Yeh I tried asking him what exactly the poison was and what exactly it does. He didn't know, so then tried to do as you say and explain to him that psilocybin is the main ingredient and it is chemically similar to seratonin etc...

But you're right, I'm definately not hanging out with those dudes again. Cant stand them. I just moved to a new city so I was just intown for a bit is why hung out with em. It's good to get a reminder of how shitty things were there.

Last time speed came up on my list of drugs my dick did shrink (i panicked lol) but it was back to normal in the morning. so god knows if your matey thought this was a permanent fixture but it most definatly is not, thank god!
