yeh, if you aren't active enough to need at least a shower a day, you should probably go get sweaty. usually take one in the morning after a run, but if i dont get to my run until the evening I take two.

I get sweaty...but I can't find time for more than one a day, late at night...or a jump in the pool(I count that as a shower)
