theyre interesting. a little too much in my opinion.

the first one wouldve been really good if you didnt smear your head (or your hair) out, but kept it in tact and kept the blue background behind your head. if you get what i mean

right. there WAS no blue background above my head so that would have proven quite difficult.. I did these purely with the liquify feature in Photoshop. I'll see if I can pull that off somehow

Thank you for your comments peeps - any others?

hell naw.... itd be hella fuckin easy. all youd have to do is make another layer of the original image, cut out your head from it. then take the stamp tool and color all that area that spreads out from your hair that blue from the sides, then just move the layer of your head cut-out over the background. then clean up any hard edges with a soft eraser if you have to. sinch.

right its the "cut out your head" thing that is kinda tricky... I can never make that look right - I wasn't spending too much time on these things as you can probably tell

I really dig the way the pants flow off the first one.. almost looks like the fabric just keeps flowing, instead of the photo being manipulated.

But, like plexus said, because you did the same thing to every surface in the image, it ends up looking too obvious. If it were just the clothes it'd be a lot more subtle.

And I think you went overboard with pretty much all the other ones.. hehe. Just my opinion.

though I do like the caption on the last one.

P.S. To further explain why I find the others overboard: If you use the tool subtlely, you can alter the dimensions of objects in the images without actually distorting them so much that it becomes hard to determine what you're looking at.

That's why I like the first one.. it maintains the original image fairly well, while at the same time altering it drastically. The others don't pull off the first part as well.
