No Pins so I cased 'em

I had a cake that grew one shroom after two weeks in the terrarium and then that's it. Nothing else. Humidity tops off at 94 - Temp stays at 70F. I decided to case it to see if it would. work.
My problem is this - After I acheive 100% colonization. I put the cakes in the terrarium on a bed of damp verm/peatmoss in a pie pan with perlite on the bottom of the terr. The cakes grow a little into the peat moss and the cakes get bright white and fuzzy. And then nothing. I fan once a day. No sign of contams.

What is the problem? Not enough fresh air is my guess.

There is no active air exchange, just me coming in and opening the lid and fanning it for a minute.
