PINS TO SHROOMS??

How long does it take for pins to become mature shrooms?

I've got pins the size of pencil erasers and a few the size of a fat chicks pinky.

I am a newbie and didn't see one contam so far I have four cakes I dunked in water and 12 cased in straight verm.
