Amount needed to make 20x Salvia extract?

Well, I've decided to purchase 4 Salvia tissue cultures from that mushmush.nl site and I was thinking, how many leaves would it take to make a gram of 20x Salvia extract?  Also, could someone post a link on how to make the extract :confused:

Simple theory... 19 grams was extracted, and put onto one gram of salvia...

Thanks for that information, but how exactly do you put 19 grams into 1?

Take 19 grams and extract the Salvinorum from that. Then add the goo to one gram of plant material and voila. I don't know what the best method is but that's the general theory. What band is that in your sig by the way?

The thing is, I don't know how to extract it from the leaves (if you know a link to a site or thread that shows how, that'd be great :laugh:).  The Picture in my sig is Phish, in the Avatar is Pink Floyd, and the lyrics are to a Door's song "Crystal Ship"

Acetone or alcohol... look up the teks if you want specifics...

Acetone takes a couple of hours, alcohol takes a couple of days...

Soak the leaves, strain them out... soak again if you want strong stuff.. then evaporate onto a gram of leaves... simple...

Use the search engine next time... you cant imagine the number of times its been answered...

I believe the meathod is you extract 20g then save 1g of extracted leaf and infuse it onto that. Both ways will work.
