Do you crack your knuckles??

I used to hate it when I was younger, but then to experiment I started to try it and now I just do it all the time! It feels so nifty.

who else does it?

Yep, i do it all the time, as well as many other joints in my body. I like cracking my palms.

Yes. I've even got my own patented TWIST-N'-CRACK technique.
When I crack all my toes at once, it sounds like bones breaking.
People are grossed out by it... but it feels great.

hehe...I was talking to this girl at collge, and just out of habit cracked one of my knuckles and a look of horror crossed her face!  I felt embarressed because she looked scared when I did it.  :smile:

i do. when i was at school i'd crack my back too. i can crack my elbows and knees but i'd advise against it because it seems to fuck them up when i do it too often

i do the same thing!

at least i think so.. i crack my by twisting them a little and pulling em to the side


i love cracking my neck though, that feels so damn great.. and i just did it too :thumbup:

i love some parts of my back, and lots of other parts. i used to crack my knuckles alot, but now i don't like that much. i think i overdid it.
anyone knows if there can be any consequences to cracking? whether positive or negative

I crack my knuckles and sometimes my back and neck. The best is my thumbs though. All the way down where they connect to my wrist. Oh, and I crack my big toes.  :grin:

I crack the nuckles on my right hand but not my left.

I also crack my back, my neck, my wrist, my toes, my ankles, and my feet.

I understand how she felt- no offense. I only have one joint that really cracks, and that is due to a serious surgery I had in one of my fingers. Once in a while I need to crack it for my finger to work properly, and it hurts terribly!  :frown: When other people crack anything it reminds me of my own pain, so I don't like it when people crack parts of their body around me, sorry  :undecided:

i crack them, and my neck, and my toes, and my ankles sometimes, i used to be able to crack my right big toe over and over and i did it thousands of times for the hell of it but i can't anymore, i probably messed it up. I stick to mainly knuckles and neck.
